Geometic Watermelon Platter

To create this appetizing and appealing Geometric Fruit Platter, there's no talent or special skills needed.
You will need:
- large watermelon
- firm kiwis
- medium ripe mango
- Cuisipro Ice Cream Scoop
- sharp knife
- 2” round Cookie cutter
- square platter
Directions:
- Form small cylindars of watermelon using the ice cream scoop. (You can either peel the entire watermelon, cut into large round piece and scoop or cut watermelon in quarters, make slices and then scoop.)
- Place watermelon on a platter.
- Cut thin slices of mango from the sides of the fruit. Cut kiwis into slices. Use the cookie cutter to cut round circles of the mango and kiwi.
- Place mango and kiwi on watermelon.
