Exotic Fruit Platter

Exotic Fruit Platter

Fruit platters are usually made from cut-up melons, pineapples, etc., on large platters. For this fruit platter, I used a variety of fruits not typically used on platters. I was amazed how many different colors and textures I was able to fit on a 9-inch plate to create this striking presentation.

Friendly Fruit Faces

Have a blast creating these adorable fruit characters.

Full of personality and fun, they are a great Tu B’shvat activity for the younger (and older) members of the family.

Pineapple Floral Centerpiece

My incredibly talented friend Shainy of Carve Fruit Artistry, keeps outdoing herself with the most elaborate, exquisite fruit and vegetable platters.

With Tu B'shvat right around the corner, I asked her to prepare a simple impressive idea to enhance your Tu B'shvat tablescape.

Using minimal fruits, learn how to create a beautiful floral arrangement that will surely impress your family and friends.

Tri Color Fruit Trifle

These cool and refreshing, easy to make trifles will add color and pizaz to your sweet table (as long as they last- that is-whenever I make them they’re one of the first thing to go). Alternately, they can be served in a larger cup as a refreshing start to your meal.
