Mini Charcuterie Board Mishloach Manos

mini charcuterie board

Many people like to send "real" food for Mishloach Manos that can be used and enjoyed at the Purum Seuda. Some go as far as sending some kind of meat.

My brother and my sister-in-law are always spot on with their Mishloach Manos — neat, easy, smart, and practical. Last year they gave these mini charcuterie boards, which I copied here to the T!

You will need:

  • any slate boards  (I used these which I  purchased at Webstaurant)
  • dried salami
  • beef jerky
  • bagel chips
  • sprig of rosemary
  • shrink wrap
  • ribbon
  • wax seal

Supplies to make your own wax stamp:

 Directions:

  1. Arrange the salami, beef jerky, and bagel chips on the board. Top with a sprig of rosemary.
  2. Shrink-wrap the package.
  3. Finish off with ribbon and wax seal.
