Healthy Har Sinai

With the menfolk taking their well deserved Shvuos morning naps, the day can get long for the mothers and children. Here is an easy and healthy idea to help entertain  the children, while preparing for the seuda at the same time.

You will need:

  • Large plate or platter
  • 1 bag Iceberg Lettuce
  • Assorted chopped up green vegetables
  • Hearts of Palm

Directions:

Arrange the Iceberg Lettuce in the shape of a mountain on a large platter or plate. Layer veggies on top.

Place two hearts of palm on top of the "mountain" for the luchos.
