Fruit Fries
Have you ever heard of fruit fries? These are sticks of fresh fruit that are cut like French fries. They make the healthiest and cutest snack ever. Preparing the “fries” is not only an exciting activity, the creative shape will definitely get kids interested in eating more fruit. All you need is a sharp knife and some fruit. You can serve these “fries” with any fruit dip.

- assorted melons
- mango
- dragon fruit
- strawberry sauce aka blended frozen strawberries
Directions:
- Peel fruit and cut it into sticks.
- Serve on a platter with a bowl of strawberry sauce.
